1Acceptance of Terms & Sovereign Legal Jurisdiction

By accessing, registering an account on, or placing orders via the Xelfuel Progressive Web Application ("Platform"), operated by Lesous Technologies Limited("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "Customer", "Runner", or "Partner") unreservedly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement enforceable under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

2Multi-Partner Aggregated Depot Architecture

Xelfuel operates as an energy logistics aggregator connecting customers with independent, licensed petroleum depots and filling stations (e.g. Total, Matrix, Rainoil, NIPCO, Mobil, NNPC). Each partner station sets its own live pump prices for Premium Motor Spirit (PMS Petrol), Automotive Gas Oil (AGO Diesel), and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG Cooking Gas). Xelfuel provides the digital matching, safety telemetry, and field runner dispatch infrastructure.

4Dual-Party Per-Order Safety & Quality Checklists

To maintain service excellence and legal protection for all parties, every order is bound by a database-enforced digital checklist protocol prior to completion:

* The customer checklist is relaxed for user convenience; however, releasing the Delivery OTP constitutes formal acceptance of product quantity and release of Company indemnity beyond handover.

5Camera Usage, Proof-of-Scale & Runner Biometric Governance

Camera and optical capture features are integral to platform security and dispute resolution under the following strict boundaries:

• Proof-of-Scale Verification: For LPG Cooking Gas dispatches, runners take a timestamped optical photo of the weighing scale showing gross weight and cylinder tare value prior to discharge.
• Runner Proof-of-Life: Runners undergo periodic automated facial liveness scans (blink/smile detection) to prevent account impersonation, credential sharing, or unauthorized sub-contracting.
• Customer Badge Inspection: Customers may capture a photo verification of the runner's digital badge or face at the door to confirm identity against platform records.
• Data Protection Guarantee: Optical evidence is encrypted and retained solely for active order dispute windows, after which it is permanently archived or purged in compliance with NDPR.

6XelRunner Rights, Errand Capital Floats & Dispatch Refusal

XelRunners are independent logistics specialists protected by platform financial and occupational safeguards:

• Errand Capital Float: Runners receive advance capital float allocations for depot petroleum purchases; runners are never required to expend personal funds.
• Monthly Salary Pool Accrual: 40% of platform service fees are pooled into an accrued monthly salary dividend distributed to verified, active runners.
• Right to Decline: Runners possess the unpenalized right to decline dispatches in scenarios involving severe road flooding, security unrest, or vehicle payload limitations, in which case the order is instantly returned to the unassigned queue with automated customer holding notifications.

7Tariff Architecture & Database-Level Non-Tampering Covenant

All platform tariffs—including zonal delivery fees (Tier 1 <3km, Tier 2 3-10km, Tier 3 >10km), physical volume multipliers (1.33x medium, 1.8x heavy, 2.0x bulk), 1.5x gas roundtrip multipliers, late-night hazard surcharges (1.35x), and dedicated tanker rates—are computed and enforced at the PostgreSQL database layer. Any attempt to modify client-side payloads, tamper with prices, or forge transaction hashes results in immediate account suspension and referral to cybercrime authorities.

8Limitation of Company Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Lesous Technologies Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from product handling after verified OTP delivery handover, User failure to adhere to safety checklists, or third-party depot equipment discrepancies.
